Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is conducted in a transparent, efficient, fast, and fair manner before a body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications compiles a list of such bodies and publishes it publicly.
