  • Product description

Trijumf Noir is produced at the Bokanja Hill vineyard site, where the vines are planted on southeastern slopes at an altitude of 335 meters. A combination of clay, sand, and stone soils allows Pinot Noir to develop aromatic precision, elegance, and natural freshness.

Following hand harvesting and meticulous grape selection, the wine undergoes cold maceration for five to seven days. Fermentation at lower temperatures preserves varietal character and enhances the fruit aromas that define this wine.

The wine then matures for twelve months, with 30% aged in barriques and the remaining 70% in large 4,000-liter Slavonian oak casks. This approach preserves the elegance of the variety while adding complexity and texture.

  • Tasting Notes +

Ripe sour cherry, plum, delicate spice notes, silky tannins, and a refreshing finish.

  • Storage +

Store at a temperature between 12–16°C, protected from light and significant temperature fluctuations. Horizontal bottle storage ensures proper maturation over time.

PINOT NOIR FROM BOKANJA HILL SPENDS A YEAR IN OAK, PRESERVING THE FRUIT, FRESHNESS, AND ELEGANCE THAT DEFINE IT.

Winemaker’s Note

Trijumf Noir was created to demonstrate how expressive Pinot Noir can be when the right vineyard, careful winemaking, and patience during maturation come together.

Dominant aromas of ripe sour cherry and plum remain at the forefront, while aging contributes subtle spicy nuances and additional complexity. Every element of the wine remains in harmony with the next.

Its greatest strength lies in its elegance. Silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long finish make it a wine that is easy to enjoy yet difficult to forget.
