Product description −
Trijumf Noir is crafted from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards on Bokanja Hill. Produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method, it spends an extended period aging on fine lees, developing additional complexity and elegance.
The bouquet reveals aromas of green apple, peach, and citrus, seamlessly intertwined with subtle herbal notes. Fine and persistent bubbles further enhance the wine’s freshness and vibrancy.
On the palate, it is complex and pleasantly mineral, offering remarkable freshness, balanced structure, and a long finish. Its combination of fruit expression and elegance makes it a wine that leaves a lasting impression.
