  • Product description

    Trijumf Terroir originates from the Ježevac vineyard site, located at 350 meters above sea level, where rocky soils and southern exposure allow grapes to achieve full phenolic ripeness. This combination of site, soil, and microclimate defines the wine’s distinctive character.

    Following hand harvesting and careful berry selection, the grapes undergo cold maceration before fermentation and six months of aging in French barriques. Different toast levels of the barrels further enrich the aromatic profile and contribute to the wine’s complexity.

    The bouquet reveals notes of pineapple, melon, and ripe fruit, complemented by hints of vanilla, butter, and lightly toasted bread. On the palate, the wine is creamy, full-bodied, and rounded, with a refreshing finish that balances fruit expression, freshness, and oak influence.

    Store in a dark place at a temperature between 10–14°C. Horizontal bottle storage and stable conditions without significant temperature fluctuations are recommended. The wine has excellent potential for further bottle development over the coming years.

Trijumf Terroir was created to showcase how Chardonnay from Ježevac can unite richness and elegance in a single glass. From the first aroma, it reveals layers of fruit, vanilla, and subtle oak notes.

Six months in French barriques provide additional depth and creamy texture without compromising the wine’s natural freshness. Every element remains in balance.

This is a wine that rewards patience. As it opens in the glass, it reveals new nuances and demonstrates why it stands among the winery’s most distinctive white wines.
